Reservations Terms & Conditions

With this rental agreement, the ‘Manager’ confirms the property reservation for the ‘Guest’ who in turn agrees to the amounts payable and the terms & conditions below:

PAYMENT, DAMAGE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES AND SCHEDULES:
- To secure this booking, a payment of 100% of the grand total is due upon booking. Payment must be received in full for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $750 will be pre-authorized to the credit card on file at the time of check-in & will be held to your card on file.
GLACIER GETAWAYS CANCELATION POLICY:
- No refund can be offered if a booking is canceled within 30 days of the arrival date.
- If a booking is cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to the arrival date a 50% refund will be credited to your account.
- If a booking is cancelled more than 61 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of 100% minus a 3% credit card processing fee will be credited to your account.
PAYMENT METHODS:
- Credit Card: with a non-refundable 3% booking fee applied for using credit cards.
- Bank Transfer: Must contact Glacier Getaways, LLC directly for directions on payment if choosing to do a bank transfer. Bookings with an arrival date of 90 days or less, we do not accept bank transfers. Guest still must supply a credit card to hold on file for the damage deposit.
CONTACT DETAILS & LOGISTICS:
- This information will be provided separately before your arrival.
- To access unit, check-in instructions will be sent via email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call or text 406.200.8512 if any assistance is required.
- To access unit, you will be sent access codes 7 days prior to your arrival.
- Check in is after 4:00pm on the day of your arrival.
- Check out is before 10am on the day of your departure.
- Early check-in or late check-out must be approved by local manager only within 24 hours of the requested for a fee. To request early check-in please call 406.200.8512 or email info@glaciergetaways.com.
RULES & RESTRICTIONS:
- The maximum occupancy as stated in the property listing should never be exceeded.
- The maximum number of vehicles as state in the property listing should never be exceeded.
- Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am.
- No events or parties are allowed at any time.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
- If the property is listed as pet friendly:
  - Up to two pets are allowed at this property for an additional fee of $25 per pet per day and the pet must be noted on the reservation.
  - Any pets not noted on the reservation will result in a fine of $250.
  - Pets must always be on a leash when outside.
  - Guests must pick up after pets in the yard and dispose of pet waste in the designate trash cans.
  - Failure to pick up pet waste will result in a $250 fine.
  - If pets are left unattended in the property at any time, they must be caged.
- We enforce a good neighbor policy. You and your occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manor that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to us from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations.
- A credit card pre-authorization of $750.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
INDEMNITY & LIABILITY
- The Guest is responsible for their own travel/health insurance.
- Neither the Owner or Manager shall be held responsible in any way for accidental injury, death or damage/loss to personal effects of the Guest. If, due to circumstances beyond the Owner’s control, such as flood, fire, hurricane or other damage, the Owner is unable to honor this agreement.
- The Damage Deposit and advanced payments shall be fully refunded provided said damage was not the fault of the Guest. The Guest is responsible for all damages, excluding wear and tear, and including those which exceed the deposit amount.
